An Ultrasonic-EMG Transducer for Biodynamic Research

This note describes a newly developed single-element muscle action potential/ motion transducer. The transducer was specially designed for speech research. Techniques for use of the transducer are described. Sample data are presented illustrating the capability of the transducer, and applications of the device are discussed.
